Falkenstein Reel Mower – Custom Handcrafted Precision
Robust Frame: Built with a durable 0.2-inch (5 mm) powder-coated steel frame and a cutting width of 15.7 inches (40 cm).
Precision Chain Drive: Driven by specially hardened gears, optimized for the drive range required. The split rear roller with differential protects the turf during turns, and a freewheeling mechanism allows for easy maneuvering in reverse. The rear roller, with a 0.8-inch (20 mm) precision stainless steel shaft and multiple ball bearings, ensures durability and low wear.
Balanced Weight Distribution: Provides even cuts, optimal balance, and ease of use.
Durable Cutting System: The reel and bedknife are made from wear-resistant carbon steel for a sharp, precise cut. The reel features a solid 1-inch (25 mm) spindle shaft and dust-protected bearings, minimizing blade wear. The special "Tournament Cut" grinding geometry positions the bedknife perfectly relative to the cutting height.
Height Adjustable Handle: Designed to accommodate users from 5'5" to 6'7" (1.65 m to 2 m) and folds down with a maintenance position for easy cleaning.
Self-Sharpening Function: With manual backlapping, the reel can be easily sharpened. A compatible backlapping handle and water-based professional grinding paste are included.
Maintenance Services: We offer a sharpening and maintenance service, along with winter storage if needed.
Infinite Cutting Height Adjustment: Allows easy and precise customization of the cutting height.
