Shipping and Payment
The following information applies to deliveries to: United States. If you would like delivery to another country, please select it in the shop.
Shipping costs

If an order contains items with different shipping types (e.g. a parcel and a pallet), the shipping costs of the respective types are added together. The shipping type that applies to each item is shown during checkout.
Amounts are stated in euros. During checkout they are converted into your local currency; the amount shown there applies.
Delivery
We ship with DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or by freight forwarder. Unless otherwise agreed, freight goods are delivered kerbside, i.e. to the public kerb nearest to the delivery address. The delivery time is stated on the respective product page.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply, which are payable by the recipient.
Payment methods
The payment methods available for your country are shown during checkout. Depending on the country, these include:
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- PayPal (depending on PayPal's offer, also direct debit, invoice or instalments)
- Credit card
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- Klarna
- Country-specific methods such as EPS (Austria), iDEAL (Netherlands) or Twint (Switzerland)
